& Camp David 1961

The first known public use of the pink suit by Jackie occurs on Nov. 12, 1961. She wore the outfit to 10 am Mass at St. Stephen's Catholic Church. The Kennedy's then went to Camp David. It would be Jackie's first visit to the presidential retreat. She must have taken a change of more casual clothes to wear later in the day.
